My Mommy (you can guess the relationship)
- being the only non-Amish people in the Amtrak dining car on our way to Buffalo,NY
- ordering pizza and eating it around the campfire in Toronto
- wandering endlessly around downtown(Denver &Toronto)
- Climbing the Dunes in Michigan(Mom and Alex know what I mean)
- Tubing/rafting in North Carolina
She also has had many great quotes during our events together, from traveling to concerts to so much more. Like:
- "I swear to God, I will get you kicked out of this campground"
- "Good music, Purple sweater"
- Mom:"4 more hours?!" MOT: "MOOOOO(indicating we're over the speed limit)" Mom:"That's not helping!"
Mom has always been there for me, which isn't the easiest of tasks. I'm not very open, so she has to pry out what's troubling me, which helps cuz I've learned to open up a little more. She always has the perspective I need to see in order to better handle things that scurry around in my mind. She understands how sometimes its easier to cry then explain and how a chocolate bar can cure all woes when necessary. She takes care of me and that's all I want, someone that I can depend on to be there, if I should need them.

Daniel (My amazingly sweet, smart and all around awesome BF)
Daniel is....amazing. Yes, I'm biased because I'm going out with him and just happen to love him but I must say just about everyone loves him. He is a complete history buff, specializing in WW1 and Presidents( Teddy Roosevelt is his fav.). He has his"unique" sense of humor so
He loves playing video games( Halo and GTA are at the top), and is a HUGE Beatles fan. Paul is his favorite and he prefers the earlier hits. Dan plays bass, guitar, harmonica, and trombone. He writes stories and songs. He paints army men to look accurate to they're time period and (in my opinion) they are amazing. He bikes and plays bridge and sings, etc. He tends to be a Jack-of-all-trades.
And last but (most certainly) not least, he's a great bf. He's sweet and caring. He makes me let go of control and be taken care of which is soo nice, yet so hard for me to do. In fact he's one of 2 people who can actually make it happen. He listens to me when I need him, and always knows what to say(or what not to say). He sends tons of sweet texts, and knows all the little things I love (like orange tictacs and peanut butter cups). Recently when I was sick, he even came and serenaded me by singing and playing(on guitar) my favorite song. <3>He makes me feel like a million bucks or ever more. I love him and well, that's all she wrote ;)

Emilay ( My non-biological, but totally awesome little sis)

I like sharing a room with Em when I stay with her family. If we go to bed at the same time, we'll chat for a bit til the convo. dies down and we both know that either: #1. one of us has fallen asleep, or #2. neither of us has anything good left to say. We wake up at the same time for church the next morning and eat breakfast together, and get ready at the same time. Having her around has helped me get over some issues I've been having regarding my younger brother( but that's for a different time, and different post). To sum it all up, Em's like a rainbow: Pretty, vibrant, full of wonder maybe even hope, but at this point you have no clue where it's going, and that's OK, after all you're only seeing it's beginning.
oh, btw: Em has a blog of her own, so check out, "It's Emily, Chiclet (:" and feed the fishies
